EFL 102
EFL 102 is designed to teach English as a Foreign Language to students at a mid-high-intermediate level. It is intended for students who do not live in an English-speaking environment but need or want to learn English in order to continue their education in an institution at which the English language is used for instruction. While it may be useful for all learners of English, it is specifically designed to be academic in nature and focus and to prepare students for academic purposes.
This course helps improve listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. The course has six modules (chapters). It builds on the grammar from EFL101 and students learn more academic vocabulary words, learning how to write multi-paragraph essays. Students discuss different topics with classmates on the Internet. All activities in the Computerized Online Course Textbook with Activities/CDs need to be completed for progress in the class.
