Preparatory Programs

Besides Master, Bachelor, Associated degree and Vocational programs, BIHE offers some Preparatory programs that act as an “academic bridge” to help students acquire the necessary skills and academic qualifications to become eligible to apply to Bachelor or Master degree such as : One-year Foundation Programs , Pre-Master Programs , Music college , English language college and English Language Online ( ELO) program.

Some of such courses are also known as foundation year programs that prepare the students academically over a period of one year, typically consisting of two semesters. Students are trained in relevant study fields of their choice The conditions for taking such courses and list of courses differ in each degree. Please refer to admission requirement of each degree for details.

One-year Foundation Programs

Foundation program is designed to provide an opportunity for those applicants who would like to enter BIHE but need to strengthen their academic background and gain the ability to continue their desired field of study. Although the foundation program doesn’t end with a degree, it provides an opportunity for successful students to apply to an associate or a bachelor’s degree program, provided they meet entry requirements/grades of the desired degree.

Pre-Master Programs

The Pre-Masters courses are intended for students with a first degree who want to study subject-specific modules related to their intended Master degree. Specifically designed to improve study skills and academic knowledge to help students to succeed in their postgraduate study and in their professional career.

ELO Program

Make progress from pre-intermediate to advanced level of English proficiency, studying reading, writing, listening, speaking, grammar, and vocabulary in modules offered over one academic year.
