Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Psychology Psychology is the study of human behavior and mental processes leading to expertise in human development. Psychology relates to virtually every other university discipline through such specialties as social and intercultural psychology (social sciences), neuroscience and neuropsychology (biology), and the cognitive sciences and cognitive psychology (information processing and knowledge). The Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Psychology is comprised of 144 course units over an 8 semester (4 year) program. Courses examine key themes identified with psychology: development of the person, biological foundations of behavior, cognitive development and learning processes, perception and cognition, interpersonal relations and psychopathology.
